曼谷姐娥炒通葉
材料:
通菜頭1磅
辣椒仔2隻
薑絲適量
蒜蓉1湯匙
腐乳3磚
處理:
1. 通菜頭,切/刨絲。
2. 通菜,用清水浸洗,加入粗鹽1湯匙,浸10分鐘。
3. 過了10分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。
2. 放薑絲及蒜蓉爆香。
3. 加入腐乳炒香,壓爛腐乳。
4. 放通菜頭炒香。
5. 加入鮑魚汁1湯匙及糖1湯匙,炒勻。
6. 加入辣椒,炒勻,上碟。
Water spinach with fermented beancurd sauce
Ingredients:
Water spinach stem 1 lb
Red chili 2 Nos.
Shredded ginger appropriate amount
Garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Fermented beancurd 3 cubes
Preparation:
1. Water spinach stem, cut or grate into thin slices.
2. Water spinach, soak in tap water with cooking salt 1 tbsp. Soak for10 minutes.
3. Rinse thoroughly after 10 minutes. Hang dry.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Fry ginger and garlics well.
3. Add fermented beancurd,.squash it and fry well.
4. Fry well the water spinach.
5. Add abalone sauce 1 tbsp and sugar 1 tbsp. Fry well.
6. Add red chili, fry well. Serve.
